The imprinting on the blue feild looks cheap compared to the brass parts of the pin. I think it would look better simpler with just DAV and not the leaf clusters. Also I know the attachment point on the back is stronger than post and clips but at my age the attachment is hard to work that is why the 3 stars.

Possible not to use you needle type on the back and use a clasp type with rubber covers in back? Some elderly people may not be able to secure it.

Very sturdy with a safety pin type clasp. No more lost clips. Easy way to wear your title without having to get a new cap every time you change jobs.
