3 Redundant DAV title bar

I ordered the Junior Vice and Senior Vice Commander's title bars when the title bar didn't have "DAV with leaf" on it. It worked well on my Blue Chapter and White Department Covers. Now, the title seem redundant DAV on the cover, DAV on the title bar, etc. Bring back the old title bars. I liked them.
