3 No Bottom bolt holes.

Without holes in bottom crossbar, it vibrates, can be grabbed by Perps, to easy to destroy, etc.

Quality material, but bottom cross bar to wide. Covers Month and Year on plate. The color, to dull written word do not say Life Member or for Life. Have on, but not as happy as with Red White and Blue, and Saying What we are. Maybe more choices to order.
