It came exactly as ordered. The magnets are very strong. A suggestion: Inside the package was a note not to use the badge with magnets with a pacemaker. On the web site where I ordered the name badge, it has no such note. Recommend putting that note on the web site so members who have a pacemaker or defibrillator don’t order the type of badge with magnets.
