The item was engraved as requested, The quality of the product has an improved pin on the badge. I am satisfied with my purchase an in the process of ordering 2 more for our Coordinators of each chapter. This badge is especially helpful when worn at VA installations. I just wish the DAV store would give the Chapters at least a discount on the items they sell so more will be purchased by the chapters.
