Great quality! Elsa is not huge on anything but her service vest, but she is enjoying her new DAV jacket in the cold upstate New York winter!

Thought I haven't like and really tolerated any Jacket my mom has placed me in...(Note My Displeasure) As a service dog I am not only Okay with the lovely Carhartt Jacket, It is my favorite DAV option to wear out while I sniff the ground and every other fire hydrant. Doing my Job and looking fabulous - Elsa Puppy.
