Permanent press short sleeve uniform dress shirt is 65% polyester and 35% cotton for easy care. The Uniform Shirt is complete with DAV sleeve emblem sewn on the left shoulder, four DAV buttons on epaulettes and pocket flaps and two collar ornaments. PLEASE NOTE: Uniform items are NON-RETURNABLE. Allow 12 to 18 weeks for delivery. Tie sold separately.

I have been waiting 5 months now and have not received the shirt terrible costumer nothing but excuses.

Nice shirt a little loose in belly area but very close around neck could use few more sizing options but nice work.
